Sammy Smiles will be open for everything from custom keychains to fullsuits!

This form will be live from Monday (September 20th) to Saturday (September 25th). By September 27th those who receive a slot will be emailed regarding payment. Those who do not receive a slot will be emailed and told so. If you do not receive a slot please try again next opening. In order to keep a smaller queue and open more frequently Sammy Smiles only accepts a handful of projects each opening. 

If you did not get a quote beforehand you will be emailed a quote and asked if you would like to still be considered for a slot. Please note this email does not guarantee you a slot. We highly recommend getting a quote before applying.

This opening is not first come, first serve.
