Q: When are you opening for commissions?
A: Check our commission tab for information regarding openings!
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping within the USA can range from $50 to $150
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do! Shipping internationally can cost upwards of $300 and we are no longer responsible once the suit leaves the US.
Q: What happens if my suit is lost in the mail?
A: We insure all of our packages but as this has happened in the past we have learned that USPS and other shipping companies do not value what you insure things for if they are hand made. That being said if they confirm the package is lost and give us a refund, we will refund the person the amount that is refunded to us. In the past we insured a partial suit for $800 and they deemed it only worth $400 even after we fought their decision so we can not control how much is refunded.
Q: Do you do con deliveries?
A: If we are driving to a con then yes! If not then you will be charged the extra luggage fee to have it fly with us. If the airline loses the suitcase we will not be held responsible.
Q: I'm a local, can I come pick up my suit?
A: Yes but under certain circumstances. I am located in south east Michigan, if you are local we can arrange a pickup at a public location. Picking up at my house will never be allowed.
Q: Can you use X fur?
A: We will look into any and all fur requests but some furs may not meet our quality standards. We will not order from BigZFabric due to previous issues with the company. If you are wanting fur from BigZFabric, you will have to order the fur and send it to us.
Q: Can I send you fur to cheapen my price?
A: Possibly but this will need to be discussed in detail beforehand.
Q: Do you do trades?
A: Sometimes yes, but this will need to be discussed beforehand. Please do not be offended if we do not want to do a trade.
Q: Can you mimic or reference this makers style?
A: We will not mimic or reference any other maker.
Q: Do you accept artistic liberty?
A: Yes! The design can be kept secret or shown to you once it is done.
Q: How long does it take to finish a fursuit?
A: From start to finish it will take no more then 2 months*
*As I do more conventions sometimes this may take longer but we will be in communication if this happens.
Q: Can I wear glasses in your heads?
A: We do not normally make our heads large enough to fit glasses but this can be discussed.
